Our new metropolitan is Metropolitan Tikhon!  He and Bishop Michael were the top vote receivers and, therefore, the name suggested to the synod, which chose +Tikhon.  The council was otherwise uneventful and stable.  Perhaps more later.  For now, I’m tired.  It’s been a whirlwind these last two days!
