Earlier this week, Pravmir, an Orthodox news site, posted a reflection on the Aurora shooting that I authored for them.  I hope it will prove helpful and useful to some.  As with any pastoral reflection, it is limited by my own sins and weaknesses.

I should clarify a sentence in there.  I noticed I said the Son of God became incarnate “in” the person Jesus but should’ve said “as” the person Jesus.  I do not believe a “two sons” theory, I promise.
